Vinyasa Krama Teacher Training
Vinyasa Krama is a method of practice built through intelligent progression. Rooted in the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya, krama refers to moving step by step with each posture, breath, & transition preparing the body and mind for what comes next.
Rather than arranging poses simply because they flow well together, the method considers function: what is being mobilized, strengthened, stabilized, or prepared throughout the sequence.
During this training, you will study how movement, breath, anatomy, and attention work together to shape the experience of a practice.
You will learn how to:
• Design intelligent, purposeful sequences
Apply functional anatomy to movement
Adapt practices for different bodies and abilities
Use breath to support movement and nervous system regulation
Refine cueing, observation, and hands-on assists
Balance mobility, strength, stability, and recovery
Explore yoga philosophy through a practical lens
Teach with clarity, confidence, and intention
This training is open to those who want to teach, current teachers who wish to refine their skills, and dedicated students interested in understanding the practice beyond the surface.
You do not need to arrive with a particular body, an advanced posture practice, or a predetermined teaching style. The only prerequisite is a genuine curiosity to better understand the practice. The training provides the structure, education, and experience needed to develop from there.
Study the practice more closely.
Understand the reasoning behind the method.
Expand what is possible through informed movement, thoughtful teaching, and continued inquiry.
