Our 25-hour Yin Yoga training gives teachers and/or those persons wanting a clear, practical understanding of how slow, static postures can improve mobility, support joint health, and create long-term functional changes in the body.

    This means our teacher training program meets the high standards set by Yoga Alliance, and upon successful completion, you'll be eligible to register as a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

  • A 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program that provides the knowledge and skills required to become a certified yoga instructor. It covers various aspects of yoga, including philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical experience.

  • The Yoga Direction welcomes individuals of all experience levels. While some basic yoga experience is helpful, it's not always required. A passion for yoga and a desire to deepen your practice are often the only prerequisites.

  • a 200 hour certification runs approximately 8-10 weeks time. (weekends only) or 3-4 weeks time (weekdays only)

  • Yes, however it is not recommended. The material covered in the training can become complex, and missing days may make it challenging to fully internalize the teachings without proper guidance and continuity.

  • yes, the cost of books is included in the tuition fee.

  • Yes, we offer payment plans via affirm and/or credit card with recurring charge.
