Soon after Christine decided to follow her passion, become a yoga teacher, and help others transform their lives.
Christine teaches a variety of yoga styles and offers a class full of energy & spirit.

This means our teacher training program meets the high standards set by Yoga Alliance, and upon successful completion, you'll be eligible to register as a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). -
A 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program that provides the knowledge and skills required to become a certified yoga instructor. It covers various aspects of yoga, including philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical experience.

The Yoga Direction welcomes individuals of all experience levels. While some basic yoga experience is helpful, it's not always required. A passion for yoga and a desire to deepen your practice are often the only prerequisites.
