Yin Yoga Teacher Training: 25 hr Certification Course.

Hosted by: Ben Kalra

Join us for a weekend of practice that blends intelligent movement with deep self-inquiry. Katonah Yoga® is a geometric and metaphor-rich system that draws from multiple lineages including Iyengar Yoga and Taoism. We use structure to create freedom, learning how to organize the body in space and the Self in time. Together we’ll explore creative use of props, skillful adjustments, clear measurements, and fluid movements to cultivate a practice that is equally precise and imaginative.
