This training breaks down the mechanics of connective tissue, safe stress loading, and anatomical variation so you can apply Yin with confidence and precision. Improve mobility and flexibility outcomes for students through evidence-informed methods. Learn safe and effective stress-loading techniques for fascia and joints. Elevate cueing and class sequencing with clarity, intention, and accessibility. Offer balanced programming that complements Vinyasa, Strength, and other dynamic styles.
